Handpicked grapes are destemmed and crushed into draining press. Once clarified, the juice is inoculated with a select yeast strain and then cold fermented in stainless steel. Dryness and flavor assessment throughout ferment to ensure maximum flavor. Bottled early to retain freshness and appeal.

This wine is fresh and lively loaded with tropical fruit flavours on the nose with passionfruit and white peach characters on the palate with a soft lingering finish. Characters of cut grass and straw combined with tropical fruits on the nose and palate with a soft lingering finish. This dry wine is a blend of grapes sourced from two wine regions – Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from the Swan Valley.
Can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif but is the a great match with any fresh seafood or shellfish dish such as scallops or dhufish.
Best enjoyed young whist its fresh and vibrant.
