At Pinelli Estate, we harvest only fully flavoured white grapes. The grapes are then crushed and the juice separated from the skin and seeds. The juice is then carefully clarified and cold fermented which allows the resulting wine to retain freshness and those important fruit characters.
When ready for bottle, all white wines at Pinelli are bottled under screw caps to ensure that the freshness of the wine is retained during ageing.

Verdelho Reserve 2024
Verdelho is an iconic grape variety first planted in the Swan Valley in the early 1800s. This dry style Verdelho displays delightful passionfruit and citrus characters with a soft rounded finish.
Ideal accompaniment to creamy pasta or poultry cuisines. Also to be enjoyed with a tapas style dinner with family and friends.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2023
Sauvignon Blanc blends of straight varietals have gained much popularity for the ease of drinking and fruit driven style.
We’ve sourced grapes from two WA wine regions – Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from the Swan Valley to create a dry wine that is fresh and loaded with tropical fruit flavours on the nose with passionfruit and white peach characters on the palate.
The finish is soft and lingering and can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif but will match with any fresh seafood or shellfish dish such as scallops or Dhufish.

We’ve returned to creating dry style “summer wine” Chenin that was successful in the 90s . This wine displays fresh aromas of apple and floral characters on a well weighted palate and crisp acidity.
