Handpicked grapes are de-stemmed and crushed into draining press. Once clarified, the juice is inoculated with a select yeast strain and then cold fermented in stainless steel. Dryness and flavor assessment throughout ferment to ensure maximum flavor. Bottled early to retain freshness and appeal.
