Pinelli Estate Sweet Wines
Usually a sweet wine is lower in alcohol and is characterised by an obvious sweetness. This is achieved by using grapes of a higher sugar content that have been picked at a later stage of ripeness and flavour.
Like any white wine, these grapes begin the fermentation process, which is then stopped by cooling the juice to create a wine that contains sweet fruit characters, moderate alcohol and higher sugar content.
The wine is then clarified, filtered and bottled ready to be enjoyed immediately with any dessert or cheese platter.
White Moscato 2023
This flavoursome light, sweet and highly aromatic White Moscato displays intense flavours of peach and nectarine with sherbet notes. The initial sweetness of the wine is delicately balanced with acidity making for a refreshing wine.
To be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, with a spicy Asian dish or after a meal to compliment a tasty dessert.

Pink Moscato 2023
Fresh and fun, this flavoursome light, sweet and highly aromatic Pink Moscato displays delicious fairy floss and Turkish delight characters.
