When you drive into the Pinelli Estate, you will see the olive trees lining our entry roads. These trees were planted by our founder Domenic Pinelli in the early years of PInelli Estate.

Initially, the olive oil made from the fruit of our trees was enjoyed by the Pinelli family, however the quality is so impressive that we decided that we should share the bounty and offer the exceptional olive oil to the public.

Every year, our olives are handpicked and processed into delicious and flavoursome olive oil that can be enjoyed simply with dukkah and balsamic or as an ingredient into great Italian dishes.
