Grapes are left on the vine to ripen for a higher sugar content with ripe fruit characters. Handpicked, destemmed and crushed into small batch open fermenter. Gently macerated with carefully managed ferment to maximise flavour . Neutral spirit added to halt fermentation and retain sweetness. Matured in old oak barrels. Different vintages tasted and then blended together before bottling

Approximately 20 years in age, this Tawny is a luscious and richly flavoured with intense characters of dates, toffee and honey. Soft, smooth and flavoursome palate with raisin and honey characters with a lingering finish
