Handpicked, destemmed and crushed into small batch open fermenter. Gentle macerated with carefully managed ferment to maximise flavour and tannin structure. Matured in new and old oak for 12 months to create added complexity and depth of flavour.

Old vine Grenache grown on the gravelly sand vineyards of the Swan Valley. Grenache was one of the early red varieties planted in the Swan Valley
A medium bodied red wine with flavoursome redberry, cherry and spice characters and a soft and rounded palate with a rounded finish
