A proud moment:
chef kyle Victoriano competing at the culinary world cup
Back in winter of 2025 we proudly announced that our Demi Chef at Pinelli Estate Winery – chef Kyle Victoriano had claimed victory in the WA division of the prestigious Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award for the second consecutive year.
The competition was in it’s 60th year and saw 17 rising star chef’s compete for the coveted Golden Chef’s Hat.
Kyle wowed the judges with his herb-crusted rump steak main, and indulgent honey and pistachio parfait for dessert (pictured below).
Now – we are hosting the O’Brien Culinary Academy Team of Young Chefs, including Kyle, to send him to compete in the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg 2026!
We invite you to share in a 3 course meal prepared by the Academy Team on Monday the 15th or Monday the 22nd of June and support the fundraising effort! Book via the link below!
