Handpicked grapes are destemmed and crushed into draining press. Once clarified, the juice is inoculated with a select yeast strain and then cold fermented in stainless steel. Dryness and flavor assessment throughout ferment to ensure maximum flavor. Bottled early to retain freshness and appeal.

Vermentino is a variety originating in Southern Italy that thrives in in the warmer wine regions of the world. Weve deliberately picked the wine early for crispness and freshness. The wine is light and exhibits fresh lime and green apple characters with a well weighted palate.
Ideal to be served alone as an aperitif or because of its acidity, as a perfect accompaniment to seafood dishes with buttery sauce or a oven-baked sardines or crispy whitebait with aioli sauce.
Ideal to drink now whilst its fresh and vibrant but if youre an aged white wine lover this wine has enough acidity to warrant a another 3-5 years in your cellar
