Freight rate also depend on the number of bottles ordered and rates will vary according to the number of bottles ordered. Part cartons will incur additional packaging charges which will be show at the checkout. The breakdown is as follows.

Delivery Time Frames
Our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 day to 7 days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order.

Our wines are shipped with Australia Post. In the even of a breakage, Australia Post will notify Pinelli Wines and we will reimburse the purchase cost to you account for the items broken or send you replacement items as advised by you.
You must also notify us within 2 days of recieving the items of any breakages via email.
If we have packaged your order incorrectly by sending the wrong item, e.g. a Shiraz instead of a Cabernet or if there is any other problem please contact us immediately to arrange pickup of your purchase.

You will receive free shipping anywhere is Australia (save up to $35) when you purchase 12 x premium (750ml/500ml) wines. For orders less than 12 bottles, an additonal shipping cost will apply which you will be notified of prior to your order being processed.
